Lukas Rungger once again joined the YACademy, welcoming students for a lecture and site visits at our HQ. Over two days, participants attended the lecture “Furnishings in Interior Design: Designing the Soul of a Hotel” and had the opportunity to explore five of our hospitality projects firsthand.

Work is progressing in Stresa. The project contrasts the timeless charm of three historic villas with a bold, contemporary architectural design. The first load-bearing walls of the new wellness area are already visible, featuring inclined surfaces that will create evocative plays of light and shadow while framing views of the surrounding landscape.

We’re excited to announce that our project Puzzle Tirana has been selected as a finalist at the World Architecture Festival 2025 in the Future Projects – Commercial Mixed-Use category! We’ll be presenting the project live at the final event in Miami, taking place from 12–14 November.
